RTX's Global Time & Labor Management team seeks a capable professional to ensure accurate and compliant timekeeping and payroll processes across the enterprise. This hybrid role requires strong analytical, organizational, and customer-service skills to support employees and managers. You will triage service cases, conduct research, and resolve issues while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with wage and hour laws.
