Operations Specialist I

Warehouse OperatorEssential DutiesSafely operate forklifts, man lifts, and overhead cranes.Load and unload materials from trucks and railcars.Move and store materials in designated areas.Build wooden skids according to specifications.Use a tape measure and other measuring tools.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.Immediately report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.Assist team members as needed.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Warehouse, manufacturing, steel-processing, or machine-operation experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.Ability to read and understand work orders, instructions, and safety procedures.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.Ability to accurately use a tape measure or willingness to learn.Ability to operate required equipment after completing company-provided training and certification.Strong commitment to safety, quality, and dependability.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentProlonged standing and walking.Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and crouching.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely enter and exit forklifts.Ability to work near moving machinery and in areas with continuous loud noise.BenefitsTwo weeks of PTO during your first yearEight hours of PTO on your first dayPremium-free employee healthcare401(k) with company matchMonthly bonus opportunityTuition assistance
