We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to help keep our office, accounting processes, and operations running smoothly.What You'll DoManage daily emails and office communicationsOversee A/R collections and customer paymentsReview and approve vendor invoices and purchase ordersProcess deposits and customer financing transactionsCompile payroll, commissions, bonuses, and employee deductionsApprove PTO requests and maintain employee records in PaylocityEnter expenses and assist with accounting in Sage IntacctSupport month-end close with accounting teamsMonitor installer timecards and job costing in ServiceTitanOrder office supplies and distribute incoming mailAssist with fleet maintenance, repairs, registrations, and complianceSupport leadership with administrative and operational projectsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of office management, accounting, or operations experienceStrong knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and customer serviceExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred ExperienceService TitanSage IntacctPaylocityHVAC, Plumbing, Construction, or Home ServicesWhat We OfferCompetitive PayMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off & Holidays401(k)Career Growth OpportunitiesStable, Year-Round Employment
