Telemetry Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule:

Shift: 1900-0730 (19:00 - 07:30)

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

Active nursing license

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience in telemetry nursing

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess and plan patient care based on individual needs.

Implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.

Supervise and delegate care to clinical staff as appropriate.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality nursing standards.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
