Job Summary:

Centennial Heart Cardiovascular Consultants at TriStar Centennial Medical Center are seeking an experienced advanced heart failure advanced practice provider to join their group in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:

• Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification

• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain

• Critical care or previous cardiology experience preferred

• Advanced heart failure and/or cardiac critical care experience a plus

• Ability to work collaboratively

• Full time, 4 10-hour shifts, inpatient
