Construction Attorney

An industry-leading construction law firm is a Complex Litigation attorney to join their nationally recognized group. This associate or counsel-level attorney will join a robust practice group and practice alongside proven leaders. Responsibilities Assist with all phases of complex litigation matters, including drafting briefs, motions, and written advocacy for disputes involving high value construction projects. Conduct analysis of case materials, working closely with subject matter experts to distill complex issues into legal arguments. Support discovery efforts, drafting requests/responses, and preparation for depositions and hearings. Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, case development, and client communication in high-stakes disputes. Requirements 4+ years relevant experience. Bar Admission from at least one state.
