Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) accepted
• Prior experience in a school environment preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with assessment tools and therapy techniques suited for school-aged populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and student outcomes
• Deliver both group and individual therapy in accordance with best practices
• Prepare progress reports and provide ongoing support for students’ educational goals
