Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship year candidates welcomed
• Experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs and goals
• Participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and attend relevant meetings
• Consult with educators and family members to support generalization of skills across settings
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
