Primary Care Physician Assistant


Location: Salinas, CA
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
Work Location: In person.
Pay range: $130k- $160k

About Your Work:

  • Obtain history and perform physical examination
  • Complete review of medicines and related instructions
  • Review home safety and psychosocial needs
  • Fulfill documentation needs for STAR and HCC measures
  • Obtain and document all pertinent information in patient's charts and case management notes on the same day as patient is seen; include medications and end of life preferences and "drivers" of preventable hospital admissions.

Qualifications:

  • CA Licensed Physician Assistant
  • 1+ Experience with Primary Care
