Automotive Vehicle Inventory Assistant

Job Description Job Description Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative, in-office environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and processes. Youll play a key role in maintaining accurate vehicle records, supporting our accounting team, and ensuring our inventory systems are up to date and running smoothly. What Youll Be Doing Use CDK to post, stock in, and manage new and used vehicle inventory
Perform accounting-related data entry and ensure accurate inventory postings
Maintain and update vehicle records with a high level of accuracy
Complete repetitive data entry tasks with consistency and attention to detail
Communicate with sales and accounting teams to ensure proper inventory flow and documentation
What Were Looking For Prior experience with CDK is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven office environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
