Customer Service Representative

Job TitleThis role requires someone who is administratively proficient, highly organized, and confident working with Microsoft 365 applications—especially Excel. Clear communication, strong follow-through, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.Administrative DutiesEnter, review, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, systems, and internal recordsCreate and manage reports using Excel and other Microsoft 365 toolsSupport document preparation, file management, and internal process trackingRoute communications appropriately and follow up on outstanding itemsAssist with digital filing and general administrative tasksProactively identify ways to improve workflow – Looking for someone who brings ideasCustomer Service ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailCoordinate with internal departments (production, quality, shipping) to ensure customer needs are metTrack and follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfactionMaintain accurate records of customer communications and interactionsContract Administration SupportAssist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of customer contractsTrack contract requirements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completionCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required contract informationAssist with contract modifications, renewals, and closeout activitiesRequired Skills/AbilitiesPrior experience in an administrative, customer service, or contract support role preferredCompetent in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word; SharePoint a plus)Solid Excel skills: filtering, formulas, formatting, etc.Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and complianceAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesHighly organized and dependableEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.HoursFull-time positionMonday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PMFriday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AMCompensation$20-25 per hour DOECompetitive wage and benefit package.
