Demand Planner

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy and inventory optimization across a diverse product portfolio. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate market signals, sales trends, and consumer behavior into actionable demand plans that support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trend analysis, and market intelligence Collaborate with merchandising, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business strategies Analyze forecast performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, bias, and responsiveness Translate demand plans into supply requirements, supporting inventory optimization and service level targets Lead demand review meetings, providing insights on risks, opportunities, and key drivers of demand variability Monitor product performance, seasonality trends, and external factors to proactively adjust forecasts Support new product launches with demand projections and scenario planning Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools, processes, and data utilization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field 3–7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large data sets Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Data Analysis & Forecasting Business Acumen Cross-Functional Collaboration Problem Solving & Critical ThinkingAttention to Detail Adaptability & Continuous Improvement Location Oregon (Hybrid work model with regular on-site collaboration) Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Employee discounts and access to premium products Generous paid time off and wellness programs Opportunities for career advancement and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
