Sr. Technical Recruiter

Sr. Technical Recruiter
Must-have skills:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years recruiting for technical/engineering roles.
- Experience hiring senior IC to director-level positions.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and ATS experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategy.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle.
- Advise hiring managers using market insights and recruiting best practices.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers/negotiations, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
Preferred:
- Experience in MedTech/medical device or robotics recruiting.
- Strong consultative recruiting approach.
Education:
- Bachelor's + 4 years, OR Associate's + 6 years, OR High School Diploma + 8 years of relevant recruiting experience.
