Accouts Receivable Specialist Needed in Oxnard Job Description The Accounting Clerk will support the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks. Accounts Payable Processing Review invoices, match purchase orders, obtain approvals, and prepare payments.Accounts Receivable Support Assist with customer billing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.Data Entry Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.Reconciliations Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.Document Management Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files.General Accounting Support Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned. Skills Required HSGED. Some experience in ARAP or general accounting internship, coursework, or entry-level role. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
