The Production Training Specialist facilitates a smooth onboarding of new hires in the manufacturing environment, execute a comprehensive training plan, and accelerate the novice-to-effective employee transition while ensuring all safety, quality, productivity, improvement, and collaboration criteria and practices are met. To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to: Identify organizational and functional training needs within manufacturing. Create and implement technical training programs. Develop and update learning materials (instructions, manuals, e-learning, guides). Coordinate and collaborate with HR to track development plans. Participate in change management and continuous improvement projects. Track and report on key learning and development metrics. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of training programs. Coordinate the apprenticeship program, collaborating with HR and local organizations. Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Support leadership, performance, culture, and engagement programs in partnership with HR. Ensure training programs are aligned and in compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety management system requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA and others). Support internal and external audits by providing training and competency-related evidence.
