Senior Manager, Pro Digital Experience

Position Purpose Lead and direct strategic growth initiatives within The Home Depot Pro Core Digital Experience to enable the company to continue meeting and exceeding growth objectives. Identify, research, and analyze growth opportunities; develop strategies to capture those opportunities; test and refine recommendations; evaluate results; and drive implementation. Partner with cross‑functional teams to maximize customer value, address operational business needs, and grow share of the complex Pro business. The role will also partner with Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, and Pro teams to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of strategic digital capabilities, ensuring product investments deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Business Acumen / Data Analysis (20%) – Own individual or team work by identifying, researching, and measuring the effectiveness of programs against metric targets. Develop and execute ongoing enhancement and optimization strategies based on performance data and customer feedback. Troubleshoot and solve ongoing operational needs. Develop Recommendations (20%) – Prioritize team issues and collaborate within a diverse cross‑functional group (store leaders, associates, merchants, internal and external teams, vendors) to brainstorm and deliver solutions and recommendations. Leadership (40%) – Assess and select talent, build effective teams, coach and provide feedback, align goals, and cultivate a positive culture that drives engagement. Project Management (20%) – Lead teams to create and implement new initiatives using diverse problem‑solving methods. Manage medium to large initiative‑specific projects, communicate progress, and present findings to executive leaders and sponsors.
