Job Summary We are seeking an organized and energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. Responsibilities * Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. * Help organize event schedules, materials, supplies, and displays. * Communicate with team members to coordinate event activities. * Welcome attendees and provide professional customer assistance. * Assist with event setup, breakdown, and organization. * Help distribute promotional materials and communicate product information. * Support lead generation and customer engagement during events. * Maintain organized event records and resources. * Assist with post-event follow-up and team coordination. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Energetic, dependable, and professional attitude. * Comfortable working with customers and team members. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. * Strong attention to detail. * Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn. * Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
