Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy AI algorithms and models to solve specific business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Optimize existing AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Conduct research to stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems and processes.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies in all applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant
- A strong educational background in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Knowledge of data pre-processing, model training, and evaluation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
