This role is responsible for delivering first-level IT support, maintaining workplace technology, and ensuring seamless user experience across all supported services. The technician operates during standard business hours and serves as the primary point of contact for onsite IT needs.Onsite IT Support & Incident ManagementServe as the first point of contact for all onsite IT incidents and service requestsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end usersLog, track, and update incidents and requests in the ITSM tool in accordance with SLA requirementsPerform initial diagnosis and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or specialized teams as neededProvide deskside support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheralsEnsure timely resolution and high-quality user communication throughout the ticket lifecycleOffice Technology & AV / Meeting Room ManagementMake sure AV/ Meeting room is clean and ready for use.Assist users with meeting start-up issues and real-time troubleshootingCoordinate with vendors for advanced AV support when requiredIT Asset Lifecycle ManagementSupport the full lifecycle of IT assets including procurement coordination, imaging, deployment, tracking, and retirementPerform device provisioning (e.g., laptops, desktops, mobile devices) including builds, configuration, and user setupMaintain accurate asset records in asset management systemsHandle hardware refresh activities and warranty-related processesEnsure proper handling, storage, and disposal of IT equipment in line with policyLocal Technology Change SupportAssist with onsite execution of IT changes, upgrades, and deploymentsSupport activities such as system rollouts, patching, relocations, and office movesCoordinate with central IT teams to implement standard changes at the local siteValidate post-change functionality and user readinessWhat You Will Bring To The Team: Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or deskside support roleStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applicationsBasic knowledge of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, IP connectivity)Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)Experience supporting AV and meeting room technologies is preferredUnderstanding of IT asset management practicesSoft SkillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication (both technical and non-technical)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProactive, dependable, and detail-orientedTeam-oriented with the ability to collaborate across IT functionsPreferred Certifications (Optional)CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateITIL FoundationZones offers a comprehensive Benefits packageWhile we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own team.
