Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible to analyze, validate, maintain and enter data into MS Office Apps, ERP System (SAP) and CatsWeb databases. This role supports business operations by ensuring timely and reliable data management, following established processes and guidelines provided by management. Your Role in Our Team Creates and maintains BOMs and Routing in the SAP ERP system Uses MS Office applications to create management reports and presentations Enters, reviews and verifies quality data into CatsWeb database and performs basic statistical analysis Extract and input data from emails, spreadsheets, and other source documents for report transcription Works collaboratively with Quality, Production and Manufacturing Engineering personnel Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Identify data discrepancies and elevate issues for correction Adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards Other duties as assigned Your Profile Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel Ability to function well in a high‑paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to follow structured processes and standardized instructions Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks Basic analytical skills for data validation and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Education and Experience Qualifications 1-2 years of data entry, administrative or clerical experience is required Experience in ERP Systems or databases preferred Physical demands, working environment, and protective equipment The physical demands, working environment, and protective equipment required described below are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
