This role will own the day-to-day strategy, content planning, channel management, and performance optimization for our brand across established and emerging platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, and other relevant digital communities.This person will play a critical role in shaping how our company shows up in the market, strengthens executive visibility, drives engagement and builds credibility with employees, customers, partners, prospects, media, analysts, and industry influencers. The right candidate brings at least 10 years of experience, strong editorial instincts, a deep understanding of digital storytelling, and the ability to operate with speed in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoLead the strategy and execution for the company’s global social and digital media presence across corporate channelsBuild and manage a forward-looking social media roadmap that supports brand visibility, thought leadership, product marketing, corporate communications, demand generation, and employer brand objectivesPartner closely with executives to strengthen executive presence on social channels through content development, calendar management, platform strategy, and audience engagementExpand the company’s presence on emerging and influence-driven platforms such as YouTube, Reddit, Substack, Linkedin groups and other communities relevant to supply chain, commerce, AI, and enterprise technologyDevelop channel-specific content strategies that reflect platform behavior, audience expectations, and business goalsCreate, edit, and publish high-quality content including social copy, video concepts, executive posts, newsletters, community posts, and campaign assetsTranslate complex enterprise technology, SaaS, and supply chain topics into engaging, relevant, and accessible digital contentManage editorial calendars and ensure a consistent, timely, and high-quality publishing cadence across channelsMonitor trends, conversations, and competitive activity to identify timely opportunities for the brand and executives to participate in relevant discussionsBuild and scale reporting frameworks to measure channel performance, engagement, audience growth, share of voice, and business impactUse analytics and insights to continuously optimize content, channel mix, and platform strategyPartner with PR, brand, content, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns across channelsSupport major company moments such as product launches, customer stories, media opportunities, conferences, and corporate announcementsHelp establish governance, best practices, and playbooks for social media publishing, executive engagement, and community participationManage agency and freelancer support as neededWhat We’re Looking ForApproximately 10 years of experience in social media, digital content, corporate communications, brand marketing, or related rolesStrong experience managing corporate social media for a B2B, SaaS, enterprise technology, or fast-paced technology companyProven success building executive social presence and thought leadership programsDemonstrated experience growing and managing presence on both established and emerging platformsStrong planning, writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for corporate brand, executive voice, and different digital audiencesExcellent editorial judgment and a sharp understanding of what drives engagement, relevance, and credibility in B2B digital channelsStrong grasp of social analytics, reporting, and platform performance metricsExperience working cross-functionally with executives and senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities, turn content quickly, and maintain high standards under tight timelinesComfort with video-led content strategy, community engagement, and audience-building approaches beyond traditional social mediaFamiliarity with supply chain, commerce, logistics, enterprise software, or adjacent industries is preferredBachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferredWhat Success Looks LikeA stronger, more consistent, and more differentiated corporate social presenceIncreased executive visibility and engagement across key channelsMeaningful audience growth and stronger engagement on both core and emerging platformsHigh-quality digital storytelling that supports brand authority and business prioritiesA modern, measurable social and digital media engine that helps position the company as a category leaderWhy This Role MattersThis is a high-impact role withing the company’s corporate communications team.
