As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Job Description As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You represent the brand values, promote products, and engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model. Your Responsibilities You’re a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products! Guests come to you to learn product details and you suggest fits that meet their needs. You share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. You can adapt to any zone; you flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You’re an innovative problem solver prioritizing guests’ experience and resolving concerns while respecting company policy. You’re a team player, always ready to assist teammates and get the job done. You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO policies and procedures. You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You’re at least 16 years old. Pay & Benefits Information Actual starting pay depends on experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave; AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location and service years.
