Vice President of StrategyPosition Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Strategy to lead corporate planning, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term business objectives. This leader will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen competitive positioning, evaluate new markets, and drive sustainable growth across the company's consumer financial services businesses.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas.
- Lead strategic planning, business performance analysis, and competitive research.
- Evaluate partnerships, market expansion opportunities, and potential acquisitions.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor progress toward key business objectives.
- Present strategic recommendations and business insights to executive leadership.
- Support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
- Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and leadership skills.
- Experience evaluating market opportunities and developing growth strategies.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
- The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking business leader with strong commercial judgment and analytical skills. They can translate complex market insights into actionable strategies, align teams around shared priorities, and identify opportunities to strengthen business performance and long-term growth.
