We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Systems Analysis· Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for enhancements to internal custom applications· Translate operational needs into clear functional and technical specifications· Create user stories, workflows, use cases, and system documentation· Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectivesIT & Development Collaboration· Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams· Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support solution design· Participate in system design discussions and provide business context· Support prioritization of features, enhancements, and bug fixesSystem Improvements & Support· Analyze existing system functionality and identify opportunities for optimization and automation· Support continuous improvement of internal tools used across operations, warehouse, and distribution· Assist in troubleshooting system issues and identifying root causesTesting & Implementation· Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios· Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements· Support system releases, deployments, and post-implementation validation· Assist with user training and documentationData & Reporting· Support data analysis efforts to validate system outputs and business logic· Collaborate on reporting needs and ensure data integrity across systemsQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field· 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or systems-focused roles· Experience working with custom-built applications or internal systems· Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)· Experience writing user stories, requirements, and technical documentation· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsPreferred Qualifications· Experience supporting systems in operations, supply chain, or distribution environments· Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred· Familiarity with databases (SQL) and data structures· Experience working in Agile or Scrum environmentsWhat We’re Looking For· A BA who is technically strong, not just process-focused· Someone comfortable working with developers and custom systems· Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements· Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverablesWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to ensure that Quirch Foods’ internal systems evolve with the business, enabling scalable operations and improving efficiency across departments.***Benefits you will enjoy:**** Comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug Plan, Disability Plan, Life insurance Plan.* 401K savings Plan* Paid Holidays* Personal Time off* Employee Discounts*Quirch Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
