What You Bring

• Proven sales track record - You've hit targets and beaten goals.
• Leadership experience - You've managed a team, developed people, and held them accountable.
• Hunger to earn - You're motivated by performance-based pay, not a salary ceiling.
• Automotive background - Highly preferred but not required; we'll teach the product if you bring the sales instinct.
• Tech comfort - Familiar with POS or shop management software (Tekmetric a plus). MS Office proficient.
• Valid driver's license - Clean driving record required.
