Requirements:

• Previous dispatcher, administrative, customer service, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing operational needs
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties:

• Dispatch drivers, crews, and equipment based on schedules, customer requests, and operational priorities
• Answer incoming calls, gather information, and coordinate service requests
• Communicate work orders and schedule updates between customers, field personnel, and supervisors
• Maintain communication with employees using phones, radios, and messaging systems
• Resolve customer inquiries and service issues while coordinating with management
• Prepare daily schedules and assign work orders to field personnel
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed work, inventory, and expenses
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, report preparation, and document management
• Support daily office and dispatch operations as needed
