No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know to become a highly skilled acute dialysis RN.Dynamic & Autonomous: Enjoy a varied schedule where no two days are exactly the same. You'll rotate through different high-acuity hospital units and facilities, adapting quickly to patient needs. (Note: Schedules change based on patient needs and include regular/on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays).Advanced Clinical Delivery: Master and deliver complex inpatient therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.Team Collaboration: Partner with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff to monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes.
