As an Assistant Teacher, you will have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, ensuring they are informed about their child's progress and experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students
- Stay organized and manage classroom resources, ensuring a clean and safe learning space
Qualifications:
- Successful background check and VA licensing standards required
- Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
- Minimum of 6 months field-related experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor ’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience
