Pic the Gift is Hiring for a Software Developer – Junior. This is a new, full-time position that can be based in either our Creve Coeur or Wentzville locations. About Us Pic The Gift is a fast-growing B2B print‑on‑demand fulfillment company specializing in personalized products. We’re in the middle of an exciting transformation—moving from a legacy ERP to a modern, custom‑built system. We’re looking for a Software Developer - Junior to support our engineering team and help build scalable, modern applications. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, evolving tech environment. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary of $50,000 annually, depending on experience, plus opportunity for bonus 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee product discounts Requirements 6–12+ months of software development or technical support experience Working knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and relational databases (MySQL/Postgres) Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally via Slack, email, and video Basic SQL/reporting skills to investigate issues Preferred (but not required) Experience with Retool, Postman, GraphQL, AWS (EC2/S3), or DigitalOcean Familiarity with Figma or workflow automation tools like n8n Responsibilities Support development of internal applications alongside senior engineers Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure quality and performance Help resolve day‑to‑day technical issues related to order data and workflows Maintain and enhance existing systems Assist with reporting and data analysis using SQL or reporting tools Other duties as assigned.
