Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Endodontist for an established private practice in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a thriving endodontic practice with an established 40-year referral network
• Focus exclusively on specialized endodontic procedures in a high-volume outpatient setting
• Practice with full clinical autonomy supported by an experienced dental team
• Work alongside at least two dedicated assistants per provider
• Build your career in a beautiful coastal community near Amelia Island and Jacksonville

COMPENSATION
• 45% Of Collections
• Proven Income Potential Exceeding $400,000 Annually

SCHEDULE
• Flexible 4-Day Work Week
• No Weekends

ROLE
• Perform comprehensive endodontic evaluations and treatment planning
• Complete root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures
• Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists
• Deliver exceptional patient care and education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• DDS or DMD Degree REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Endodontist REQUIRED
• Active Florida Dental License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Strong Clinical And Patient Communication Skills REQUIRED
