Fellowship Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Hospital-based in Fresno, CA

Start Date: 04/28/2026

End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: 24-hour shifts (7AM – 7AM), 5-6 shifts/month

Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours

Employment Type: Permanent

License/Certs: Current CA medical license, BC in OB-GYN, BLS, ACLS, DEA

Experience: 1–5 years preferred, delivery experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient obstetrical care in a Level 2 NICU hospital environment
• Manage approximately 13-14 patients daily across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings
• Document care using EPIC electronic medical records
• Perform 4-5 deliveries per shift, majority vaginal, about 25% C-sections
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in holiday coverage and scheduled weekend shifts
• Follow hospital protocols and uphold patient safety standards

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• CA medical license or active license application in progress
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA licenses
• Delivery experience

• 1–5 years of OB-GYN practice experience
• Ability to work independently in a busy hospital setting
