Plant HR Manager — Shape Culture & Growth (ESOP)

Challenge Manufacturing seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead the plant HR team, oversee onboarding, policy administration, and payroll using ADP Workforce Now. You will align HR activities with the union contract and partner with plant leadership on culture change. The role requires 6+ years in HR management, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong communication.
