Position Summary In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping our digital presence, developing creative strategies, driving engagement, and helping us connect with communities that need our support most. Key Responsibilities Design and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter Identify trends, relevant conversations, and awareness days to keep content timely and engaging Collaborate with the Market Research & Content Strategist to align messaging Develop creative themes and campaigns for posts and stories Build and manage a dynamic social media content calendar Plan weekly themes and daily content ideas Repurpose newsletter content into engaging social media posts Help shape overarching marketing themes across social media, email, website, and campaigns Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice Contribute ideas that grow audience reach and engagement Qualifications Experience in marketing strategy, social media planning, or content strategy Strong research skills and awareness of digital trends Creative thinker with an eye for engaging content Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Ability to commit at least 6 hours per week Benefits Hands‑on experience leading marketing strategy for a nonprofit Portfolio‑building projects with real impact Opportunity to collaborate with a global team Flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle We look forward to receiving your application.
