What You'll Do

As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address behavioral health concerns.
• Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a supportive, collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings both skill and heart to their work. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A current license to practice as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
