Registered Nurse - ICU

Role: RN in the Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit (NVICU) responsible for delivering specialized, high-acuity care to neurologic and vascular patients. Key Responsibilities Perform complex assessments and monitor patient status using advanced equipment. Titrate critical IV medications and operate life-support systems. Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions. Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and their families on care plans and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical judgment and experience in high-acuity, neurovascular care.
