Based in Phoenix, Arizona SmartWrap services clients nationwide. Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position. The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations of all departments. This role coordinates with design, print, and installation teams to ensure vehicle wrap projects are completed on time and to quality standards, while keeping the team and customers updated with progress. The Operations Manager role also includes developing, implementing and improving processes as well as managing employee performance Qualifications Operations and production management skills, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource planning in a manufacturing or graphics-related environment. Project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management abilities, including coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients in a professional manner. Proficiency with common office and production software (e.g., spreadsheets, job tracking systems); familiarity with scheduling or ERP tools is advantageous. Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, including standing, walking the production floor, and occasionally assisting with physical tasks as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
