Program Manager

Position Title Program Manager Wage Up to $80,000/year Program Manager Responsibilities Manage program schedules, action items, and daily priorities Coordinate with internal teams and outside service providers to maintain on time delivery Support customer communication, engagement, and quoting activities Lead team meetings, track production status, and escape risks as needed Review financial and performance metrics, including WIP and revenue projections Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements for Program Manager Strong background with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) Solid understanding of procurement, quoting, and project management Excellent communication and relationship building skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred Benefits Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, paid vacation & holidays, wellness time, 401(k), education reimbursement, and much more #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
