Shift Manager

Responsibilities Lead and manage the crew and other managers during each shift to ensure excellent quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan shifts, monitor performance, and take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards. Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and scheduling. Ensure a safe and secure work environment and address safety, security, and profitability issues. Communicate shift‑to‑shift information to support smooth transitions and team success. Help departments meet targets and support overall business goals. Qualifications Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Positive, flexible team player with a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
