Bankruptcy/Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Number: 32575 Salary: $125K-$135 DOE + high bonus potential Industry: Legal Must Haves 3-7+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience Oregon State Bar membership JD Your New Role Are you looking to bring your commercial litigation experience to a collaborative law office? This highly regarded law firm is seeking a motivated Bankruptcy/Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their top-notch team of litigators. In this position, you’ll represent businesses in bankruptcy court, commercial litigation, restructurings, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. This will involve drafting a variety of legal documents pertaining to bankruptcy and litigation; appearing in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts; and managing foreclosures and restructurings. Additionally, you’ll counsel businesses on risk management and insolvency concerns. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, along with your research, writing, and analytical skills, will make you a strong contender for this role. You’ll have reasonable billable hour requirements with generous bonuses for meeting expectations. This is a hybrid position.
