Diabetes Care & Education Specialist
PANCARE OF FLORIDA, INC.
PanCare of Florida, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (DCES) to empower patients in managing diabetes and adopting long-term lifestyle changes. You will work with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective medication use and improved outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting DCES assessments, setting learning goals, delivering interactive education, documenting progress, and supporting program accreditation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
