We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Business Intelligence professional to join a dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in empowering data-driven decision-making across various teams, directly influencing strategic outcomes and shaping the future of our analytical capabilities. This is a hands-on opportunity where your expertise will bridge the gap between raw data and powerful business solutions, contributing directly to the success of key initiatives and interacting with diverse stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Conduct In-depth Business Analysis:** Lead ad-hoc analyses to investigate critical business questions, identify contributing factors, and provide actionable recommendations. Formulate hypotheses, gather and analyze relevant data, and communicate findings clearly and concisely to various audiences, including leadership.
* **Collaborate and Strategize:** Partner closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their reporting needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating these into effective visual representations and data-driven solutions.
* **Enhance Data Quality and Accessibility:** Actively participate in initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. Contribute to the development of robust data pipelines and efficient data wrangling processes.
* **Continuous Learning and Innovation:** Stay abreast of best practices in data visualization and business intelligence, continuously seeking opportunities to apply new technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role with a strong emphasis on dashboard development and comprehensive business analysis.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and practical experience querying relational databases.
* Expertise in a leading data visualization tool for dashboard creation and data visualization.
* Solid understanding of data manipulation and data wrangling techniques.
* Experience working with various data sources, including flat files, spreadsheets, and data warehouses.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven insights.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining intricate data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A proactive and eager approach to learning new technologies and methodologies, coupled with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with a popular programming language for data manipulation and automation.
* Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes.
* Experience with web scraping or API integrations for data sourcing.
* Understanding of data modeling concepts.
* Familiarity with other popular BI tools.
