You'll work closely with clients, carriers, and producers to deliver exceptional service and help businesses protect what matters most. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients Manage account renewals and ensure outstanding customer service throughout the policy lifecycle Provide guidance on coverage options, policy changes, and insurance-related questions Review applications, policies, endorsements, audits, and renewal documents for accuracy Prepare renewal submissions and market accounts with insurance carriers Analyze quotes and coverage options to support renewal recommendations Process premiums, renewal documentation, and policy delivery Collaborate directly with carriers and brokers regarding policy changes and renewals Prepare certificates of insurance, binders, endorsements, Auto ID cards, and evidence of property forms Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures Support producers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience What We're Looking For Qualifications Previous experience in Commercial Lines insurance account management Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy administration Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office applications 401(k) 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time OffFlexible Schedule Hybrid Remote Work Schedule Job Type: Full-Time Location: Hybrid Remote – Birmingham, AL 35205 If you're looking for a company where you can build meaningful client relationships, continue developing your expertise, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Prewitt Group
