Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Nursing experience with specialization in Operating Room Tech (ORT)
• Current, valid licensure and certifications required for the role
• Proven record completing regulatory requirements (TB testing, HIPAA, compliance training, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage surgical instruments and adhere to count policies
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Initiative in identifying challenges and implementing solutions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, anticipating procedural needs for optimal support
• Collect, document, and communicate essential data and surgical counts accurately
• Maintain compliance with all organizational and regulatory policies
• Manage additional department tasks and contribute ideas for process improvement and cost containment
