Counter Sales Pro for Builders Grow & Serve
WCM White Cap Management LLC
White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate in California. You will assist walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, quote prices, and provide information on products, features, and warranties.
You will pull orders, share technical advice, and identify related products to upsell. The role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of construction products, and experience with Oracle or similar sales software.
