Some of What You’ll do: Assist technicians and service advisors with identifying and locating parts needed for vehicle repairs. Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs, electronic parts systems, and VIN information. Accurately look up parts using catalogs, software systems, and VINs to ensure proper fit and application Process sales transactions, including invoicing, payments, and returns, with a high level of accuracy Maintain organized and well-stocked inventory, including receiving, stocking, and tracking parts Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments to support workflow and minimize delays Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, cash handling, and inventory control What we are looking for: 2-5 years parts counter experience; heavy line truck experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Excellent customer service skills Professional work ethic and high integrity Ability to work as a team and/or independently Strong problem solving and follow up skills Galpin BenefitsWhy Work at Galpin Motors?
