The role also provides exposure to a diverse urban patient base within the metro Atlanta area.**Key Highlights*** Work Arrangement: On-site; 70% office / 30% field* Travel Coverage: Metro Atlanta area (up to ~80 miles)* Reimbursements: Mileage of $0.70, parking, tolls* Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM**Salary range*** $31 - $42 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.**On-Call transparency*** Rotation every 4–6 weeks**What you’ll do*** Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‐ups* Provide care for both adult and pediatric patients (pediatric cases ~30%)* Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance* Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately* Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs* Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams* Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop* Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation* Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition* Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs* Performs other duties as required**What we look for*** Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active GA RT license.* Experience in pediatric respiratory care (required).* Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs.* Valid driver's license* Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation**Education*** Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.**Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations*** Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy* Hold a current CPR Certification* Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practiceIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply!**Teammate Benefits**As an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
