Travel Physical Therapist - 8A-4:30P
Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Day Shift: 8AM to 4:30PM, with rotating weekends.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist to join our team in the inpatient rehabilitation unit. This position provides the opportunity to be part of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, assisting in program development and ensuring compassionate, quality care focused on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Implement treatment progression and care planning.
- Participate in team conferences and discharge planning.
- Monitor and evaluate quality indicators related to patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have inpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Acute care experience is preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
