Day Shift: 8AM to 4:30PM, with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist to join our team in the inpatient rehabilitation unit. This position provides the opportunity to be part of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, assisting in program development and ensuring compassionate, quality care focused on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment progression and care planning.
• Participate in team conferences and discharge planning.
• Monitor and evaluate quality indicators related to patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Acute care experience is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
