Overview of the Role The Human Resources Assistant will provide critical administrative support to the HR department, facilitating key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and employee relations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively support HR operations under expert guidance. Key Responsibilities Assisting with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and helping prepare necessary documentation. Maintaining employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Assisting with payroll preparation and benefits administration. Responding to basic HR-related inquiries from employees. Helping organize HR events, training sessions, and company activities.
