Position: Psych – Adolescent Provider (ages 3–17)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8a–4:30p; every other holiday; no floating

Requirements:

• LCSW (required)
• MA license in hand
• CANS certification (required)
• Acute care experience (required)
• Charge experience highly preferred
• BLS (AHA) by start date
• EPIC experience preferred
• Note: LICSW candidates may have 2+ month credentialing timeline
